We randomly contacted Lake City Firewood about a month before our early October camping trip at Lake Kegonsa State Park. We have a big group of 15-20 people and usually keep a roaring fire going the whole weekend for cooking and warmth and got tied of spending $400 on crummy bundles from the firewood stands. Lake City Firewood responded back to us right away and offered us different options at different price points to make sure they could meet our needs. When we realized the week before that it was going to be 80 degrees out, they were very willing to work with us to adjust the order at the last minute to what we would actually use. The guy we dealt with when we actually got the wood was very friendly, and let us know if we ran out we could call him and he would bring us more. The wood was beautifully seasoned and a good mix of hard and soft woods, plus kindling. We highly recommend Lake City Firewood.
